Best of 2024

There was one song that was by far the best song of 2024 – it was so good that Steph and I had to go see it played live. Waxahatchee has given us an 🎶INSTANT American Classic with her song, Right Back To It. It's perfect.

I have not watched as many movies this year, but obviously, the best movie of the year was Dune Part 2.

Anora somehow lives up to the hype. We watched it last night, and it was VERY good. Civil War also surprised me (a bit heavy-handed and reaching, but entertaining for a plane movie). The Substance was TERRIBLE btw – totally overrated.

Feels like there are two different things going on at the same time, and they are being conflated:

1. Human-made drones flying around.

2. Non-human orbs/plasma flying around If anything, the human-made drones feel like a distraction from the non-human orbs.

If anything, it feels like the human-made drones are an attempt to distract or conceal the truth about the orbs.

Alien PsyOps!

I spend A LOT of time on the internet. Way more than most people, for sure.

My algorithm feeds me an unhealthy diet of old Eastbay catalog images, B2B marketing crap, and increasingly crazier deep internet conspiracy theories. Which I am not above! 

I've always liked going down rabbit holes.

I remember checking out at grocery stores when I was younger and always being most interested in the National Enquirer because it was so insane. I never bought one or got a chance to really read the content, I was just always super interested in the headlines and associated images. 

Looking back now (30+ years later), it seems like tabloids could have been one big psyop with headlines designed to quietly help shape a cultural backdrop where the idea of alien life doesn’t shock or surprise people. Instead, it feels like something we’ve all been kind of expecting, a revelation that’s been hinted at for years.

Think about it...

By continuously running alien-related stories, even if fictional or exaggerated, tabloids helped to normalize the concept of extraterrestrials in the public's mind. These bizarre headlines were always placed at the front of grocery stores while you were waiting in a line to checkout – forcing you to see the bizarre/sensational topics in a comfortable environment (need some gum? what about batteries? oh, also, aliens!)

The placement of this content and the frequency created a sense of familiarity with the idea of aliens. Over time, readers become less likely to react with disbelief or fear if/when the truth is eventually revealed. At the same time, alien stories with bizarre headlines would push the boundaries of what’s considered normal. This gradual exposure to the strange and unusual helped DESENSITIZE readers to the potential of more shocking aspects of future alien disclosures, helping the public absorb potentially life-changing news with less shock or resistance.

As I have written before, this information has been rolled out very slowly so as to not alarm everyone all at once. These tabloid headlines were a way, YEARS AGO(!), to desensitize us to strange shit that we can't comprehend. And that's what I think all this is – technology/information that we can't grasp.

Tabloids... Movies... Congressional hearings... Video footage... It's all been designed as a slow burn to help build a long-standing, persistent background story. Eventually, when the existence of extraterrestrials is confirmed, it will feel like a natural progression rather than a sudden or shocking event.

And that's what I think is coming... some sort of event that will trigger and or force an official disclosure. And it feels like it's gonna happen soon.

Or at least, that's what my algorithm leads me to believe. And I want to believe.
